Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Josi, a software service operated by CTF Designs, LLC ("Josi," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Josi, you agree to these Terms.

What Josi provides

Josi is a client for communicating with supported AI and personal-agent services. Features may vary by platform, connected provider, account type, and development stage.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and devices, and activity conducted through your account.

Connected services

You may connect Josi to third-party or self-hosted services. You are responsible for your right to use those services, their fees, and compliance with their terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or conduct of independently operated services.

Acceptable use

You may not use Josi to violate law, harm others, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, defeat security controls, interfere with the service, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

AI output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified professional advice or independent verification when decisions involve health, safety, law, finances, or other significant consequences.

Beta service and changes

Josi may be offered as a beta. Features can change, fail, or be discontinued. We may update the app or these Terms as the product develops.

Intellectual property

Josi, its branding, interface, and original software are owned by CTF Designs, LLC or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions required to process it and deliver the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Josi at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, misuse, or material violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Josi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTF Designs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of Josi.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
